Responsible AI Stamp

An industry-standardised, globally-recognised Responsible AI mark proposed by aimici (in development as of the paper, Q4 2026 consultation). It is intended to signify best practice in responsible AI working practice across a range of productions.

Rationale

  • A written credit statement alone still requires legal sign-off and interpretability by audiences who may be at a lower level of AI literacy. Judging whether AI use is “good” or “bad” is not clean cut - the use cases and tools are the deciding factor.
  • On top of a baseline statement, an easily understandable Responsible AI stamp can be added to productions.

Scope

  • Intended to signify best practices across film & TV, scripted and unscripted, and AI-first, hybrid and traditional approaches.
  • Adherence combines appropriately trained staff and transparency documentation (see responsible-ai, aimici-transparency-framework).
  • Further details and consultation open in Q4 2026.
