AI-Generated Frames - topaz + prob4_hyp1 Clips

Observed assets. Two families of generated/AI-enhanced imagery with a consistent prob4_hyp1 naming convention.

1. topaz TIFF sequence (121 frames)

  • Path: Scratch/accelerator/[topaz](../../entities/tools/topaz.md)/
  • Pattern: eed46847157f4a6aa3ab92812e683be4_prob4_hyp1_24_000000.tiff
  • 121 TIFF files, ~6.7 MB each, dated Jul 5 12:14
  • _24_ suggests 24 fps (MEDIUM confidence); eed46847... is likely a source-media hash
  • Folder “topaz” -> output of topaz Video AI (upscale/enhance) (MEDIUM confidence)

2. July proxy clips (94 files)

  • Path: July/Proxy/
  • Pattern: 1 (2)_chf3_prob4_hyp1_000000.mov
  • 94 proxy clips, same prob4_hyp1 suffix
  • chf3 / prob4 / hyp1 likely encode generation parameters: chunk/format=3, probability=4, hypothesis=1 (LOW confidence - internal pipeline naming)

Significance

  • The film’s post pipeline uses AI generation/enhancement on the archive material (see ai-assisted-post).
  • TIFFs = full-res intermediate frames; .mov proxies = the same content at preview resolution.
  • Scratch/accelerator + topaz folders suggest an experimental enhancement/acceleration workflow (MEDIUM confidence).
