HOLLI (holli.st) is a French consultancy for media and entertainment organizations, focused on sustainability, data/AI and organizational change. It is a supporting Participant in the FRAMES project that hosts One Small Crawl.

  • One Small Crawl is the IBC Accelerator 2026 proof-of-concept inside FRAMES (one-small-crawl).
  • Likely relevance: the bible’s sustainability constraint SC-008 requires agents to log GPU hours, energy consumption and estimated CO2 per generation task (AGT-017 reporting) - directly aligned with HOLLI’s PRODO sustainability focus and the film’s AI-generation pipeline (ai-agent-pipeline).
